A fair with hundreds of years of tradition. The famous fair in Żarki is the biggest open-air market in the northern part of Silesia. Its tradition dates back from 1556. King Sigismund August gave the permission to the town to organize three fairs per year.
Nowadays, you can buy products for everyday use, animals, local handicraft and some titbits here.
Fairs in Żarki take place each Wednesday and Saturday at the market place near the historical barns.
